Private Guided Meditations

Private Guided Meditations can be one on one or a group of your choosing up to 10 people in total. During guided meditation you will be lead through mindfulness techniques such as breaths and light movements. Private meditations come with a brief consultation allowing you to tailor the experience to your needs. This can include light music, brief sound bath, specific affirmations or stretches for the parts of your body that need a little more love. Community Guided Meditations

Community Guided Meditations are now our 10@10, held on most Sundays at 10ish am eastern standard time over zoom and Tik Tok or IG LIVE. This is a safe and open space for all ages to participate. We start off with a little music and practice basic grounding exercises to get you started on your day. These Meditations are donation based/pay as you wish. Does mindful moves only offer guided meditation services

Answer: Ebony’s Mindful Moves Coaching and Counseling’s founder is a licensed social worker who has experience in case management, in home family therapy, coaching, training and facilitation. We are all things mental health and wellness which include self/community care assessments, group workshops and meditation sessions as well as individual services.
