The Level Up Conference is on mission to engage people of color in interactive, facilitated conversations with the intention to introduce practical self-care and wellness techniques.
As a young, mental health practitioner, EMM founder, Ebony Smalls, states that she encounters people across the age spectrum that want to resume control of their lives. To do so, they realize it requires productive inner work to start building that well-thy foundation. Many have initiated the process or even have a plan but want guidance for activation. The Level Up Conference is that space for professional millenials of color to find confirmation for those next steps.
